Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. (NYSE American: LTS; LTS PrA; LTSL; LTSF; LTSK) is one of the oldest and most influential financial services firms in the country. It was founded in 1876 and became a member of the New York Stock Exchange in 1879. As one of the few firms to prosper during the Great Depression, Ladenburg Thalmann played an important role in financing growth of American industry through the early 20th Century. 

Ladenburg continues to strengthen its position as a leader in the fast growing independent advisory and brokerage business.
